Steve came in September 2023, gave an estimate on installing sprinklers in front and back of house. He was on time and. Very professional. He came the evening of the install and show us how to work the system. He even had the workers to come back after the front sidewalk was replaced to make sure the sprinklers were high enough and working properly. I am very pleased with the service and work. I recommended him to my Sister in law in Grand Praire. A great job was done at her house.

The one day job, from when I received estimated cost of installing with city permit plus spring rains turned into a six week process..

I had an irrigation system installed a little over a year ago. Steve came to give me the estimate. He is so professional, courteous and patient. I am so happy that he was the person that came to my home that day. Everything was explained to perfection and he even helped by showing me how to set up the automatic system. He called back weeks later to make sure that all was well. But to my surprise, I called with a concern about a year or so after installation. He not only returned my call but came back out to my house and fixed the issue personally. I highly recommend Dallas Water Solutions and their Representative, Steve, who both get a top notch (5 star) rating from me.

Has sprinklers installed and this was the best experience dealing with a contractor I’ve had since my fence guy! Everything was installed and priced just as the quote said. I am extremely happy about the decision to use Dallas Water Solutions!!
