They didn't correctly complete the job. They were to come back and never did.

Dennis was a great sales representative that made sure I got a great deal on pricing for great quality carpet. I didn't have to wait weeks or months for my installation and the carpet installers were fast, friendly,professional and very careful to not damage any of my belongings . I would recommend anyone to use Dalton Flooring. Great company and I'm 100% satisfied. Thanks to everyone over at Dalton's Flooring for making my experience and home wonderful this holiday season 2020...Merry Christmas and Happy New Year..

Dalton flooring has a great response time and friendly customer service. Installation was quick and looked amazing! I feel that they’re prices are a bit high, but they do offer a lifetime warranty on their flooring so that’s worth it to me!

Sam the owner was who came out to give us an estimate on the project. He is amazing, patient and will work with your budget and needs. He is honest and won't trick you. I got hardwood for master bedroom, office and carpet for the stairway at an unbeatable price. All work was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dalton Flooring for your project(s).

Best experience that I've had with remodeling my house was this project. Sam was the one who called me first when I posted on Homeadvisor. Price was reasonable. In less than 24 hours I had the carpet installed.The guy who did the job arrived in time and did a tremendous job. I would recommend Dalton to anyone looking for professionals in flooring.

On time and quick turn around...also did flooring. Amazed to get call and visit the day I posted the job. Loved their expediter. The mudder thanked us several times for the job. Really honest hard workers.

We had a very large project. After searching multiple offers we choose Dalton because of their ability to handle our wood flooring, carpeting install and whole house painting request for a reasonable cost. We were promised to have the floor and carpet done within a certain time and it took much longer than expected. We were living without carpet in areas that became dangerous at times for our family. The painter we were promised to be at the job everyday was hardly ever here. Instead a different crew was sent out. In the end the quality of the work was ok. There are some areas where wallpaper wasn't removed correctly and the glue is still visible over the paint. Overall though our home looks great now and is transformed from its original state. It would have taken us forever to do all that painting ourselves so it was worth the wait.

Excellent job. Mike S was in contact with me throughout the project making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We did a final walk through and he spotted something he did not like and had the contractor out the next day to take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring and drywall work.

Good job. Project was finished very quickly, cleanup was excellent. Minor problem with re-seating toilet in small bath was handled promptly. Original contact followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied too.

Eveb though they were late, due to a communication problem at the ofice, they did a great job. It looks good and we are happy with the results. Also the price was great!

We had an amazing experience with Sam. He is very friendly and willing to work with any budget. He was able to get the work done within schedule and accommodated weekend work so we didn't have to take time off. I would recommend him to my friends.

We have had Dalton install carpet & hardwood flooring in our last 3 homes and each time have been very pleased with the service we have received from the Sam the owner to the sales associates and the installers. We had a problem with our kitchen floor, called Sam the owner & he was out the next day inspecting the floor, while in our home he called the manufacture & within a week installed a brand new floor. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
