Our situation was that we had a snake in the house. We trapped it in an office. Jason did a great job in trying to local it but was unable to due to office being very crowded Sofa couch, desk, credenza, bookcases, a closet with shelves and boxes. He was thorough and friendly, patient, and very reassuring to us He deserves recognition for a job well done

The gentleman that placed the traps was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do.
