Honest and direct.

I was billed for almost double the hours that anyone worked in our home, more than once. Luckily I had cameras and our security system logs when people enter and leave our home. They did reimburse me, well kind of, I withheld money on my final payment. They also charge a separate fee for laundering of linens. The owner forgot to mention this in our initial conversation. The house appeared to be clean and the owner was very friendly on the phone. I was disappointed in the dishonesty of the cleaners padding their hours.

The crew did a very thorough job. Very professional and they were open to know the few areas they missed.

Best customer service ever. They are enjoyable to work with, prompt, organized, patient, and honest. The housekeepers are the sweetest!

Showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes late. Then I got charged for the job as if they were there the whole time. I gave a written list to the cleaners before the job began and they did not complete a single thing on the list. They say its 100% guaranteed, but that is not the case. I have attempted to contact the company 4 times and they wont pick up my phone calls. Don't make the mistake of using these guys! They had zero experience doing construction clean up. They even had to use my vacuum and floor scraper because they didn't have their own. They still have not gotten back to me and basically just charged my card without my permission.

It was a good experience on such a late notice on my part, and will certainly use them again. Thanks

Very Friendly and thorough!! Both Chris and Danira were easy to contact. Danira came and gave me an estimate right away and was able to set up an appointment to clean my house that same week. Everything was immaculate!! My 5-year old son was even extremely impressed! Will definitely work with Damestiques again!

Responded rapidly to my request. Danira was professional and straighforward ... won my trust rapidly. The work they did was outstanding and in excess of the specifics we discussed. After this initial "deep clean," they will be returning on a monthly basis.

THE WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED WAS DONE WELL. THE SOAP DISH IN ONE OF THE BATH ROOMS WAS BROKEN OFF THE WALL. HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO CLEAN A FEW LIGHT FIXTURES.

We did the entire transaction over the phone. Chris was so helpful, and her workers knew just what to do to stage my home for a real estate showing that week end. I was so relieved not to have to do it myself and to see that the people I hired did such a great job. I'd call them again!

Only complaint was really a misunderstanding on scheduling that got them there at 11 when I was expecting 10.

I have tried out a few maid services and this one was by far the best. I thought my shower bath tub was stained but they able to make it look like new again. No other services had even come close and they have been the only ones to clean underneath the bed and the closet floor.

The women who came were efficient and courteous and did a great job. They are coming again!
