I had experience in working with many home inspectors. The inspection report received was excellent. Kathleen inspected very thoroughly through out the property. We discover a lot of details that we were not informed in the Seller disclosed report. The report provided full of details and photos to my request and more for the property about to purchase. Very glad that we made the decision to have her as my home inspector. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

I've used other inspectors before, but this is the best I've ever had. She did great work for a client, so I asked her to do an inspection for me. This was a much older home I had her inspect and her report was very comprehensive and complete. She was available to explain any questions I had. Absolutely the best.
