Damon the Handyman

Damon did an excellent job of cleaning debris and weed from my back yard. Another great find from Home advisers.

Damon was right on time. He was very professional, and knew exactly what to do.

When we contact Damon he estimated that our job would take about 2 days time and would run between 14 and 16 hours. After 2 weeks we contacted him and he indicated that he had approximately 18 hours in the job and still had a portion of the work to do. He would not commit to how much longer he would be on the job. Due to cost overruns and the length of time that the job was taking we opted to have another person complete the work. We feel that the quality of work was good, but that he is a slow worker.

He was over an hour late but did stay to finish the projects I had and did a good job. I would recommend him

Courteous, on time, professional, great work. He is wonderful, called to let me know he was running late due to the snow storm, didn't just leave me wondering. Completed the project and have had him back for a few more! I will continue to use Damon and refer him to friends and family.

Excellent work and professional

Damon came in and reviewed my issues with me. Other contractors came in and tried to sell me a whole new door frame/window when Damon stated that I only needed to replace a $12.00 rail and in the end he was able to repair the exsisting rail and I only had to pay for labor. He also was able to fix 3 other issues that I had within the time frame he was there. He is honest and did not want to spend any of my money that was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty. He was professional. Came out and was unable to solve my window problem but did lead me to a place to call and get the solution. Had he called, he could have done the minor repair on the spot. Nice guy

He was very professional. He did an amazing job. My only problem, was that the price quoted to me, more than tripled. But, when he saw my shock, he dropped the price by 75.00. I will next time ask him to run things by me first if the price is going to jump like that. Other then that, the job was beautifully done, and I will be calling him back to install my ceiling fans!

The first appointment with Damon was very disappointing. He said he would come over Sunday and look at the chair. I waited all day for him. Finally at 3:00 I called and he said he could make it over at 4:00. Since I had a meeting at 5:00 I finally left at 4:30. I was ready to call someone else when he called again the next Sunday to say he could be over in 1/2 hour. He made it on time and did a great job of fixing the chair. I would recommend him with stipulation that a definite time is set for the appointment

Damon replaced broken glass in a bedroom window. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and completed the job in a very professional manner. I would hire Damon again.
