He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

Dan did a good job with communicating the issues. Exceptional honesty. Dan was able to get a part from a second vendor and complete the repair after a first vendor did not deliver a part. Dan is an example of dedicated honesty in a contractor.

Dan did a great job figuring out what the problem was with our Microwave/ oven combo! Was able to get the oven working and ordering a park for microwave! Hopefully that will be repaired soon!

Dan did a great job. My dishwasher had come loose from its moorings, and Dan diagnosed the reason for the problem and completed the reattachment in short order. He was friendly and professional, and I would not hesitate to call him again!

Dan, the owner, is very easy to deal with. I needed a repair done on my Kitchenaid mixer and he fixed it quickly. It was easier for me to take the mixer to him but he would have come to the house if needed. And he has a very sweet dog

Very prompt in setting our first meeting. And, followed through with a call early in the morning of our first meeting for later that day. He understood my needs and explained things in a way I could easily understand. He agreed to work with me when needed, but suggested upgrades I wanted now were not the wisest use of funds as my laptop was in good shape and handling my current needs well.

Excellent service. Courteous and prompt. Dan restored my GE microwave when GE techs said they could not .My husband found a refurbished part and Dan put it in. I am delighted.We will be calling him for other prodjects. Highly recommend him.
