He left the job half finished with a microwave crooked in the wall and unfinished wood around the top of it. He never came back to finish the job and never called.

Dan did a great job! He came after hours to install our dishwasher when he had worked a full day on other jobs. I contacted him late in the afternoon and he arrived at our house at 6 pm without stopping to even grab a bit to eat. He quoted me a price over the phone which was nearly half of what I had been quoted by a Home Depot installer. When he looked over the job he saw he was going to have to buy extra parts, which he went a purchased, but stuck with the price he quoted over the phone. He didn't leave until 10 pm. When he finished his wife was calling him to see if he had even eaten dinner yet - he hadn't. Dan is honest & qualified

Dan has his own way of doing things and isn't too interested in your input. Examples: 1. Ignored my request to put cardboard on marble floor before pulling out old refrigerator--result-scratches on floor and 2. Installed microwave and never turned it on--unit turned out to be defective and has to be pulled out and serviced. On the other hand Dan is prompt, has fair prices, and moves quickly.

Dan came to my house in a timely fashion, however we were not pleased with his work. We were quoted one rate over the phone and then when he showed up he stated there would be additional charges for parts and supplies. While the charges were reasonable, he should have been up front about these charges prior to arrival. Dan installed a Jenn Air dishwasher in our kitchen and was unable to install the kick plate correctly and as such the door to the dishwasher falls out on my feet when I open it to put the dishes in. He also switched the faucet and dishwasher water lines upon connection and we will now have fix it ourselves.

He installed a double wall oven, a glass cooktop and an overhead exhaust fan for us. He did fine with the oven, all he had to do was take the old one out and slide the new one in. My husband helped with the lifting. The cooktop works okay, however, he left the wiring hanging down into the cabinet area. I would have like for him to have attached it to the wall, so I could have some more room in the cabinet below the cooktop. He did a poor job of installing the overhead exhaust. It was hanging by four screws that were bending the metal around the holes provided. It was just a matter of time before it would fall. We reinstalled it.

Dan responded quickly, showed up when he said he was going to, and installed several appliances including a cooktop, dishwasher, oven, and microwave at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him
