Had a broken/clog sewer pipe. Called Dan and he came over that evening to assess the situation. He provided the excavation and then arranged the plumber and town to replace my sewer pipe. This was all done efficiently and quickly. Dan Brown Construction is has definitely been added to my contact list! Highly recommended!

We were so pleased with the work that Dan and his crew did on the drainage around our house and electrical work. Dan recently finished an addition for us and re-sided our whole house. We could not be happier with the work he and his crew did for us! Dan came highly recommended by our structural engineer and his quote was very fair. He stopped by the house several times before construction began to talk over what we wanted and each time he had really creative insights about how to make the space really work for what we needed. Dan and his crew were both professional, knowledgeable, and really friendly. They consistently went above and beyond during construction. On top of doing the job they were hired for (addition and siding), they also updated the electricity in our kitchen, created a walk-in closet, and installed a new exterior door in our garage. When issues came up and we had to change our plans a bit, Dan came up with a creative solution and did not charge any more than the original quote. We will wholeheartedly recommend him to any of our family and friends who need work done!

Dan was recommended to me for his quick response and excellent work. Dan was contacted for emergency repair for a handicapped ramp at my clinic on a Saturday evening that was severely damaged. He was here on a Sunday, so my business could be open for patients Monday. He and his crew worked diligently and went above and beyond my expectations to keep my business open and running smoothly with minimal interruptions as possible while keeping the safety of my patients and staff as his priority. He and his crew did an amazing job. The complete ramp rebuild turned out wonderful. It was a quick makeover for our entire building. After many estimates we chose to use Dan Brown, he was able to offer a few extras and had it done in a timely manner. Our roof came out great! Dan was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were very impressed with his crew of workers as well!

We can't say enough positive things about this company. Dan is absolutely awesome! We had a leak in our older roof and needed to have the whole roof replaced. Dan came over the day after we contacted him and personally assessed the job. We have a detached garage that also desperately needed a new roof, but we didn't think we'd be able to have that taken care of at this point. Dan worked with us, and made it happen! His workers were also terrific. They worked hard and completed the job within a couple days. Dan's ethics and the quality of the work done by him and his employees is a rare find in today's world. Dan went above and beyond our expectations installing our new leech field. He even added additional drainage for wet area we had in our yard! After several days of countless phone calls requesting snow removal service with no response, I called Dan Brown Construction. From now on, he will be the first and only number I will dial. Dan personally answered the phone, at 7:35 AM no less, and told me he was already in the area and would be over in a few minutes. True to his word, he was here within five minutes; and plowed us out in no time. The relief of having the snow removed in a matter of minutes is indescribable. We cannot thank him enough for his response.
