Dan and his team did a great job in unclogging my kitchen sink. Very reasonable charges. Only problem was, he was a couple of hours late but all was forgiven when he got to our house and did a great job! Highly recommended plumber.

Asked him to send me a receipt for the job 4 times and as of this date have not yet received it. Also, asked Dan Fay to arrange for an inspector to come out and inspect and that also has not been Would not recommend. Wonder why Home Advisor has him on their list.

Dan showed up one hour and thirty minutes late: but, he did call twice to let me know he is going to be late. I also had him snake out a pipe which he did but did not check to see if it worked. Dan ran out of my house without cleaning up the water in my basement. I ask him about the water and he stated that that there was not much water, it would clear itself up. The next day I went into the basement with my wet vacuum and vacuumed about 2 inches of water. My wife said she heard Dan tell his help **Lets get the hell out of here**. Very poor attitude. Dan just takes cash or a check, I will never hire this guy again.

Dan promised (after demanding payment for the water heater installation) to return in a few days to fix leaks and install the requested re-circulating pump. I didn't hear from him, so after some prodding he agreed, twice, to specific days when he would be back. He was a no-show both times, and six weeks later I have not heard from Dan and have to hire someone else to complete the job.

Buyer beware and would advise you run. He was a couple hundred dollars cheaper but the reason became evident soon, Dan the plumber said no permits needed, City of Omaha said that is incorrect and they have actually had lots of problems with this particular plumber. Would strongly advise you not use this Plumber and use one that follows the laws/codes.

Dan was at my house waiting for me to get home. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to others.

Called Dan at 8pm and he was at my house by 11am the next morning. He did alot of very fine custom work to achieve the outcome I was looking for. Very friendly and well worth the money.

On time with the right equipment and did a professional job.

Dan was awesome. Our problem was not just a basic drain being plugged. Everything in the house was backing up. Dan worked very hard and after a couple hours finally got it unplugged you still don't know what was caught but we think it was probably a toy or a kong. His pricing was really good for what he had to go through to get everything to drain again.

I needed a new back-flow valve that I had purchased installed and Dan contacted me promptly. Dan arrived on time and quickly installed the valve at a fair cost. I've had no issues with his install and would recommend him.

Dan was very good at promptly communicating with me regarding my leaking hot water heater. He really knew what he was doing and did a great job replacing it . Was very pleased with the job.

Woke up to our water heater spraying water everywhere! We found Dan on home advisor and within an hour he was there and with in 4 hours we had a new water heater! 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely use again! Thanks Dan!

Dan and his helper arrived early (after calling to see if it was ok to come early) replaced the water heater and hauled the old one away in about an hour. They cleaned up as if thy had not been there. Good pricing and very likeable. I would hire them again.

Replaced water heater with a Signature series AO Smith, also replaced two out-of-code saddle valves with proper code valves. Good pricing, fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Small low-overhead family business; don't expect a guy wearing a shiny uniform and a shiny new van with his name on it to drive up. Definitely knows his stuff though, you can tell he's done a million of these. I appreciate that he came out on a Saturday afternoon (same day as I put out the quote requests) and got it all done in a short time. Knocked off one star for Customer service because I paid at time of service but haven't got an invoice yet, but work was just done yesterday, so hopefully will get one.
