DanDplunber was hired to put in an electric water heater and even fixed a leak under the kitchen sink. He has an excellent work ethic. He dropped by first to scope out the situation. Very, very satisfied. He kept me apprised of the situation since, for me, this was a long distance transaction .

Dan was on time and did a great job. This job had its share of problems, water line connecting to the cities curb stop was twisted 3/4 inch copper. The water line to the house was at a downward angle and off center from the curb stop. One of the parts he purchased new was an adapter that was hard to get probably due to inventory issues, demand and covid. Then that same adapter had some failed threads so back to the plumbing supply store. Anyway all turned out well and the water is flowing again.

Dan taught me a lot about plumbing. Glad I was not paying for him in a college class. He was very prompt, courteous and ready to go to work when he walked in the door and had all the tools he needed with him to complete the task. NO running to the hardware store for additional parts. This gentleman was AWESOME! Our hot water heater broke and we needed it replaced. Talked to him and he was extremely helpful. He told us where to get the water heater and told us all the fittings we needed so we didn't have to make multiple trips. He gave us an estimate and stuck to it. He got it all done in just a couple hours.
