Very pleased with the entire service, from the original call, the estimator, the work itself and the cleanup. Everything was very professionally done. Even some extra little things that Dan and the crew did (adjusting the gate into the work site, fastening down a loose tile or two that wasn't part of the work, etc. ) We definitely will recommend!

They were very responsive and good in everything but price. Almost $850 to replace 6 tile shingles and a vent which took @2 hrs was way too high but I needed them fixed with the rain coming in. They did come within 2 days after bid. Arthur was very polite and professional.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
Maybe I'm out of touch, but when you break down the time spent on the repair, and the cost, it works out to $450 per hour, not counting travel time. It's a high revenue job for the contractor. I was not happy with the cost.

3/2016 We were told with estimate we would receive a drawing of the remodel. - I replied to the email and stated we were waiting for the drawing. I never received a reply email but, I did get an email asking for payment to get started and two phone calls. We were told this would be a two week at most job - They finally finished in the 6th week They ordered our carpet from Home Depot after telling me some how the carpet I wanted never was ordered. If I would call the super and he did not answer I would follow up with text. And still not hear from him for days. The guy they had install our custom closet called me from Home Depot because he wasn't sure what I wanted and had to drive around the valley to find the right pieces. When he came to install the closet he told me he had never installed one of these. Apparently they planned on reusing our old closet doors even when I told him no. I did not want a new room with old doors. The owner is nice and does good work. The 2 week job is finished at week 6 and the room looks great. The contract said to pay half to begin job and the remainder at the end of the job. We paid half at the beginning and at about 5 weeks in we paid all but about 1100.00 per owners request. The last day the owner was at our home to finish the work I received a call from the office asking for final payment. I told him I would pay as soon as the work was finished. Then he put a PRE LIEN on our home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Overall I have no problem with the work that was done however some of the company policies I was not all that happy with. First I had to pay a fee for somebody to come out which did get refunded as long as I hired them. But then when the guy showed up he did the repair than gave me the cost of the repair. At that point I did not really have much of a choice but to pay it which I thought was pretty high for the very little work that he had to do.

The workers went out of their way to do a great job. My impression was that they new exactly what to do, they even hosed down a part of my roof that was clogged with leaves and other stuff.
