Seems to be nice efficient honest person. I hope my assumption is true. When Dan fixed my door, my wife was home. It seemed the door was fixed without issues. I had to pay $50 for that job, but probably others would have charged the same.

Came at the appointed time and gave an estimate. Compared with others reccommended from Service Magic and he was half the price of the others that gave estimates. The other two that came out only looked at the job from the outside and never came in. Dan did the job and connected the equipment that I was told that I would need an electrician for. Good job!!

Dan is excellent at all the work he did for us. We will be hiring him again in the future. He is courteous, works very well and quickly, knows many details of repairing many things. The best thing is I also recommended him to others and they have been equally thrilled with him and his work.

He provided an estimate timely and we were able to establish a date and time for the work to be done. He called to reconfirm our appointment date and arrived on time to complete the power washing of the house.

Dan was fantastic! He did a few repairs to wood on the outside of the house (real custom work) and it looks great. He also did some inside work replacing tiles in a basement ceiling and it also was very well done. He always arrived when he said he would and cleaned up all the mess made during the work. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do repairs from minor to major! Job well done!

This project was at 90% complete, as our contractor left the work. I called Dan via Servicemagic and he showed up as promised. He came to give an estimate, but I requested him to install the counter top as I was expecting few guests that night. He not only installed the counter top but also did few minor things.
