Excellent work ethic communication and reliability. Of the area contractors whom a lot I would never again give the time of day, Dan and his staff were 100 % true to their word. They were neat reliable and conscience. TY for your help in putting me in touch with a relationship I will definately use in the future.

He came to my house, took some pictures, then left. I later learned Choice Home Warranty would not cover the repair, so I asked for my $45 back. He told me he would already cashed the check and did not offer to reimburse me. I asked for it back and he just laughed. I am a disabled veteran and cannot afford to throw money into the wind.

After the check cleared, no reply for a poor class quality repair. I tried to contact many times. No answer. Lackluster rear deck staining, and we had no choice in deck color, since he took the 5 gallon container and gave us no way to get more to repair a crummy job, and I had to hire a second contractor to re-do the front porch. I really tried to reach out, but no response. I have done my decks by myself, for 13 years, and at 65, I wanted to have some extra muscle. I can truly say that we are so disappointed with a Handyman that was more of a klutzy-man. I would not recommend this person ever again. My lawyer could help me get restitution, however, that would take more time and money than it was worth the lackluster work ethic and over $3000 investment in a project I will have to pressure wash next season myself and do it correctly. I truly attempted to work with Dan, however he failed on final delivery. I missed Memorial Day and July 4th will look like crap on our deck. I have over 300 pix of the work in progress. I will post them now. I could have helped your business, sir. But your lack of communication needs more than POINT FIVE STARS. Just treat a paying customer with respect, and honor your commitments. Simple. True. Honesty. Respect for a job that was never, ever finished. Do not bother. The job was never finished.

Dan and his and his 5 crew members did a deck replacement and siding work at my home. Dan and the crew were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking, and professional. Every day Dan and the crew showed up and put in a full days work. Dan and the crew did an awesome job, and the finished product looks great! Give Dan a call for your projects, you will not be disappointed. Dan’s goal is customer satisfaction.

Incredibly honest handyman. I wanted a backsplash installed and I had already purchased the tiles. He was right up front with me and said the tile would not be a good choice for a very good reason then recommended another type that I could do myself and save a lot of money. It was so refreshing to deal with someone who still has ethics. The next project I come up with I will call him first.

DO NOT hire Dan Ford aka Dan the Handyman. I hired him to install a stone walkway and it is a complete disaster. The workmanship is terrible. The walkway is falling apart and breaking and lifting and is a trip hazzard. I had to take him to court to get my payment refunded. I was awarded the judgement, but Dan Ford has not paid. I ended up having to file a transcript of judgement with the County Court and have a lien placed on him and his business. He still has not paid. Do NOT hire Dan Ford.

Excellent job done painting interior of 900 Sq foot home. Dan went the extra mile to make everything look great and was very easy to work with. I will definitely be using him for future jobs.

Very Reliable

Dan did an excellent job he worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. Aldp helped with bathroom flooring and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and overall an honest and reliable person. Will definitely use him for future projects!

Dan showed up on time and was totally professional. He took extra time to deal with unexpected surface problems without complaint at no charge and gave good advice on other unrelated upcoming projects. I would definitely recommend and hire Dan again.
