Not 5 min. after submitting on home advisor, he had called me, and arranged to be here the next day. He arrived promptly, and did a very nice job.

Portable Generator Installation Service
Dana was late for our first appointment, with no phone call (40 minutes). He showed up to take pictures of the generator and panel, which I had already sent him. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time when I rearranged my schedule to be there to accommodate his schedule. I don't find this acceptable for any one I work with, especially for someone that is working for you. Job was completed, not in a timely fashion. He was very disorganized and mistook me for another customer on the phone during one of our consultations.

Dana was very responsive and timely with his communication. His pricing was quite reasonable and below the 'average' price I had researched for a new breaker box installation. He was fast and thorough, I would definitely hire him again for electrical work.

After I accepted their estimate they lowered the bill 50% due to them originally misunderstanding the size of the job. Very honest, and good work.

Electrical for Home Addition or Remodel Installation
I am a GC that hired Dana to wire a sunroom addition. He is a great guy, friendly and professional. He also came out next day knowing I was on a tight schedule. My issues were price almost doubled and some boxes were mounted too deep and recessed into drywall. My job may have been an exception to his work, I'm just reviewing my experience.
