Vendor communicated well, was on the job on time and worked very professionally. Explained the operating characteristics of the system. Cleaned up well after installation. Installed three Quiet Cool systems in less than two hours. Couldn't ask for better service! 5 stars! Many thanks, Steve in Temecula. My only concern is - it doesn't seem like the system really moves a lot of air - I was looking for a second speed on the wall switch. I tried various adjustments on window openings, didn't see much difference. Is this normal? Please respond.

1st contact from Mr Stevenson was very quick. The job was priced right, done well, scheduled quickly at my convienence, but I requested a quote on another electrical job I was interested in however they did not get back to me. That part was disappointing.

Gilbert and Michael worked long, hard hours to get the job done on time and DID IT. They were courteous, discussed their intentions and ideas before proceeding, they were respectful, clean and competent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done.

The job was completed in a very professional manner. The gutters match our exterior perfectly! John was honest with the estimate, started the project on time and finished on time. When he left the property - there was absolutely no evidence that a project had taken place. The best part of the entire project is the gutters have a lifetime warranty and I would not hesitate to access the warranty, with the knowledge that John would be servicing it.

Overall, an excellent experience with this company. Very reasonable & excellent communication. The contractor was very helpful in completing my project and went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me. I had an outlet installed ($135) above my fireplace & audio/video signal wires ran as well ($55)). If I had to be overly-critical of this experience, my only "complaints" would be (1) receiving a coutesy call from the tech when on the way to my house for the appointment(2) He laid down a plastic "dropcloth" under the work area, but very quickly it was kicked around & bunched up making it virtually pointless. I will use them again!
