The project was extensive. The builder was professional, courteous and eager to listen while giving his expert advice on different ideas for remodeling. The work is still in progress with hope of completion by next year. We look forward to continued relations.

Dana, several jobs were completed. Added to scope of work as confidence in danaco was established. Strong in aesthetics, material selections and design. High quality work in carpentry. 1st electrician sub poor, second fine. Uncertain ability as GC. Very good interpersonally. Trustworthy re home security. Neat. Weak on time to complete estimates and high on hours billed versus hours on site. May be justified, but entirely a trust issue. Did t&m this job, given its nature. Will likely bid future jobs. Future jobs can be more fully spec'd w/o change orders. Therefore more receptive to bid. But we are working in an old house w/ expected surprises. Therefore bid is tricky. Prefer to work t&m but weak estimating on time coupled with full day's billing w/ less than full day on job site leads to likely preference for bid on future jobs. All relatively small.
