One Time Interior House Cleaning
Move out clean. Quality of work not up to standards. Had to re clean most of my house since we were moving that weekend & wouldn t be able to have anyone come back out.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The person that came to the house was professional, on time, and did a bang up job for me in assisting me to clean the house before I put it on the market for sale. Highly recommend them! This was even after I had to change the appointment once and move it up to an earlier time. They found somebody to come out and do the job right.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The gal did not use Comet or Windex even though I provided. She only wiped everything down with wipes and vacuumed. Not even sure she swept or mopped.

"I am very concerned about this review. My office manager spoke to the client on 12/26/18 and the client said "Housekeeper missed the sink and tub but did a good overall job". We apologized for this happening and client advised the office manager to call her back for an additional service."

What she did clean looked pretty good. She "forgot" to clean the microwave and both tubs in the upstairs bathrooms. Customer service over the phone was excellent.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired a person from Dana's to do a "move-out" cleaning. She did some of what we requested, but was so slow that she wasn't able to finish some major things. We ended up having to put in a fair amount of time ourselves, which was what we'd been aiming to avoid.
