Very prompt and good customer service. My home has been cleaned twice since the referral and I'm very happy with the results.

Took initiative to get things done. Could ask for more directions to make sure she uses the right materials. Showed up 30 min early - not quite ready for her.

They are great for cleaning your house. You leave a list and they will complete it in the block of time allowed.

The cleaners were very friendly and worked well. I only wish more of my $ per hour were given to them and not to the agency.

Dana's housekeeping Referral Service was a referral service only not a cleaning service. As for a referral service they are great and referred to me two housekeepers that did an OK job. I like the service but would not use the two ladies again that they sent me. I talked to Dana's about this and my reasons why. The two house keeepers I was sent did a fine job cleaning my home but they did not follow the list I gave them as to the job I actually needed done. So they didn't do what I needed done.

I like that their service is able to change with my needs! I can have different tasks done as I need them or have them do additional cleaning if it is needed. It can change week by week of only as needed.

The gal we hired was a good, hard worker, though did have a little difficulty w/ the language. No longer using them as I am working from home and handling myself.

I had two people come out for 4 hours each. One showed up promptly at 8; the other was 15 minutes late - but she did call to let me know she had hit more traffic than expected. She did her complete 4 hours so no complaints on that score. Both housekeepers were courteous and professional and did a great job!

Very superficial cleaning. Hired for 8 hours and finished in 6. I had to go back and ask them to do a few things I pointed out in my first round. I plan to give a second chance and be a lot more clear about the depth of cleaning I want them to do.

Company did a very good job. This is the second time that I had them clean and the lady that did it this time was good.
