James did a fantastic job. The previous owner had their own inspection prior to listing and James came back with all of the issues identified with the first inspection, plus several more additional issues. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. The home inspection report was detailed, and gives us a great plan of attack regarding priorization of repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
