Everything was done on time or sooner and done completely, and at a lower price by far than any others.

We are very happy with our clean and secure attic ductwork!! Danco replaced all our attic ductwork and sealed the vents. They beat the other quotes, and did some little extras for free. 10 year warranty on parts and labor. All employees are professional and hard-working. They got the job done with no hassles, with every thing I asked for, including help with my questions about permits, etc.

Cary called the same morning he received our request and we had a discussion about my heating problem and potential resolutions. Since our need was immediate and the other contacts did not reply as immediately, we schedule a meeting in two days. The person who was scheduled to come out had a family emergency that morning. As soon as we called Danco, Cary called us and promised to be here that afternoon and he was. We scheduled installation the next day. After running in to some problems on the day of the installation, Cary came out personally to complete the job to make sure it got done the same day. Fantastic service, very happy!

They arrived on time most days & called when they would be late.The price I received initially was fair considering the huge project I needed completed - new HVAC system. Actually, we negotiated as needed. There were apx 3-4 people who worked on the job. Most days only 2 - the guy who installed the system in the attic & the guy who worked on the inside of the house. They did try and keep the place tidy as they worked considering the dust that is sure to accompany the job. The job took a little longer than previously stated but they also did additional work that did not cost me extra for which I was pleased & thankful.

Cary came by and spent 2 hours with me describing how insulation and A/C work together to make a house energy efficient. He answers all my questions and gave me a competitive quote. He quoted me a price for the A/C, and a separate price for insulation. He gave me choice to do just the insulation if I couldn't afford both projects. There was no pressure to buy anything. Cary emphasized job quality and doing it right. Customer satisfaction is their first priority. The job had a few snags but Cary took care of everything and stuck to the quoted price.His crew RIchard and Ryan worked hard and I'm satisfied with the results.

Very good. Cary arrived to estimate the day after we called and the install took place the next day. Work was finished in less than time estimated and within budget. Workers were friendly, efficient, did a good job and did good clean up. We were happy with the work done and the way it was done. One month later all is still good, furnace works well. The service was great. They were on-time, quick, and experienced. The install only took a morning instead of a full day like originally quoted. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cary who did a followup check a week later. I would definately recommend them to my friends.

The representative had a working knowledge of all the major equipment sold in his industry. I found the installers to be friendly, pleasant and conscientious. They took special note to protect my carpet and walls (upstairs) while removing and bringing in the news equipment. They cleaned up after the installation. The representative called to make an appt in order to come back and make any necessary adjustments if needed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the installers and the equipment.

I would suggest installers make a safety check every night before they leave project to preclude leaving uncapped vents or lines. Maybe a nightly close-up checklist would be a good idea. Cary was great. I would strongly recommend Danco to others and use you again if needed.

Sure enough, Danco finish to install a central unit in 3 days (as promised). I own a two story house and it was not an easy job. Danco was able to figure out how to do install the unit without damaging walls. Excellent work!
