So terrible. Told us we needed a new unit as our other one was â doneâ . We went through with the new unit replacement and a week later it was shutting off and trying to run every 5 seconds (mind you this all cost $8500). They sent over a repairman to fix it, and they successfully did until 12 hours later when it shut off and constantly tried to restart. We texted Guy but there was no response. We eventually found another company to come in and see what the problem was, he took photos and explained everything; refrigerant leak and theyâ re unsure where itâ s leaking to, nothing was covered properly, and there was no safety. Save yourself the trouble and donâ t call this company. I see theyâ re commenting back to everyone saying they have â no record of ever being a customerâ I have a photo from doorbell with their logo on a t shirt. Do not hire. I actually wish I didnâ t even have to give a star. UPDATE: New company found the leak in the coil that was â replacedâ . Fortunately, that is under warranty but the rest of the replacements and repairs will now cost an extra $5500. Tried contacting the office and never heard back, same with Guy even though he said he would get in touch with the owner. Check Better Business bureau before hiring. The reviews on there are way more accurate and all are negative.

Total Scammers!!1) company used POOKIE which is an adhesive they used to seal the ductwork on the outside which is a terrible idea. I have pictures that shows the ductwork was not done. 2) picture show the ductwork is still original to the home and it is GRAY flex, not silver flex which I paid for.

First I want to extend my thanks to Perry Tubul who came to me personally and look at my situation to repair or replace my old central AC. He quoted me a good price for replacement that I can't refuse. The central AC was replaced with no hitch and on time. Want also to appreciate the work of Joseph and Joshua who were very courteous in installing the condenser and duct. What I admire most is Perry who sent a crane to pick up my old heavy AC from the hillside backyard of my house which is impossible to bring it up to the street level. He is really a gentleman to pursue his promise to pick it up after I already paid the unit and services. My worry for the old AC to tumble down the hill and not hurt our neighbor is a good piece of mind. Again kudos to the team of Perry.
