As an architect, I see asbestos abatement on large scales frequently. It is tough to find someone for a small project, and D&D stepped up. Their approach was professional and their communication was prompt and respectful. Their work left me confident that I won't need to call for abatement again on my own home; however, if I come across a small project for any future clients I won't hesitate to recommend D&D.

Santos, the owner, was prompt coming to see project and getting me a bid. His crew arrived early in masks, were polite and hardworking and finished the job in a timely manner. Santos did some extra work at no charge to make the project work and offered to help me find a contractor for drywall work that needs to be done. I highly recommend his company.

From beginning to end, D&D made every effort to solve my very difficult problem/"surprise" at finding asbestos under the linoleum that became visible when a repair was being made to the damage done to my kitchen floor caused by a leaky dishwater. Their price was significantly less than other companies and couldn't have been done any better at twice the price. The difference was enough to pay for the materials needed to replace my floor and for this I am very grateful.

They came and did the following: Chipped the walls (newly painted), broke the hose for water on the refrigerator (new), scratched the front door (brand new), and they left all the nails/staples exposed through the floor - meaning, sticking straight up. The dogs and I did not enjoy stepping on them and going into our feet.

Responded quickly to inquiry about work, scheduled it the next week. Great communication. Very pleased with company.

I think they underestimated the scope of the project but still they completed it nearly on time and way under the cost of the competition. The crew was amazing. Worked in a 100+ degree attic and never complained. I hope never to have an attic with contaminated insulation again but I would hire this company in a second; probably without even getting a second bid.
