D & G Asphalt

Everything was just Okay. Nothing stood out other than I was offered a warranty and give a hand written receipt...not as professional as I thought.

We had our old driveway removed and widened with a Belgium block border. The border looks nice but the asphalt looks terrible. We were gone for an entire week after it was installed so there was plenty of time for it to cure. Upon returning there was a huge dip in the asphalt and many other smaller ones appeared over the next few days. There were lines covering the entire driveway that I had initially thought (when there were still here) was just dirt that would wash off but it never washed away. Either the dirt was ground in when the job was done or the asphalt mix was bad. To make matters worse the lilies are growing through the asphalt. When I contacted Gus he said he would come a certain day then rescheduled and then never showed. His phone was turned off and he never replied to any emails. Definitely do not waste your money. I would post pictures if I could.

Gus and Diana where great to work with. They came out right on schedule. Gave me a fair price and Gus and his crew worked hard to get my driveway done just as we had discussed. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Be sure you know what you want done. Do not be afraid to ask questions such as how applications will be performed, materials to be used, compacted thickness of materials, machine applied, etc, Seal coating was brushed on & given two coats. Did a good job on crack filling
