D & H Air Conditioning Company, Inc.

This company is the worst! I got a new HVAC unit installed in October of 2024 and have had nothing but problems. Most recently my AC unit quit altogether. It is summer in Tucson, Arizona and the temperatures have been near 110 degrees. After two weeks this company is incapable of fixing my AC. I can?t even get a callback to get a status update. They gave me small portable unit that does next to nothing. That is there remedy to my issue as the have failed to fix my system. I?ve asked for additional portable units, but they are unwilling to provide them. I call them every day to get an update and get a promise of a callback?.nothing. They have completely ghosted me. Take your money elsewhere!

There were scheduling issues. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 so I left work waiting for the technician. At 9:10 I called D&H and asked where the technician was. The dispatcher said that my appointment was in the afternoon. I explained that this was incorrect and that I had to leave work for this appointment. I ended up returning to work. I finally got an afternoon appointment but a lot of my time was wasted driving back and forth. Josh the Technician was fantastic while he serviced the A/C & Furnace. Very thorough and courteous. I would hire this man again.
