"Home Owner refused to let me look at the windows in question even though I asked many times to do so. As I stated multiple times I stand behind my work one hundred and ten percent. I asked to meet with her to look at the windows and she would not set up a time to do so. It is impossible for me to know if there is even a problem with the windows. I have been in business for 23 years, I have many Quality Home owners that recommend me. I have been with Home Advisor since 2005."
