The owner, Derek, came that evening, over an hour away for him, as soon as he finished the job he was then doing. He evaluated the problem and returned the next morning with all of the materials he needed to install a whole new system for our antique burn-up garage door opening setup. It works beautifully !! Quite an advancement over what we had had. He was very professional.

Derrick was knowledgeable, and was able to correctly fix all garage door systems. He made room in his schedule for quick service. God bless him and his family.

The gentleman that came to the house was polite, professional and did an excellent job. Above all, the it did not cost an "arm and a leg" for repairing our broken garage door. He was a total professional, he explained what needed to be fixed, and completed the job in a expeditious-safe manner. I am very satisfied with the service and will definitely will us this services again if the need comes.

I put in my request for a Pro at 7:30am. Derek called me at 8:30 and our garage door was fixed by 10:45. It doesn't get better than that.

On time, professional, polite and great service. He had to replace an older garage door opener. He had all need parts with him. The job was done in a short amount of time. He cleansed up after himself and hauled all of the old equipment away. Excellent job. Thank you.

Prompt service. Price I learned later was $125 more than I might have paid using another contractor.

Never made contact after scheduling the appointment so I was unsure if they would show but they were here on time and got the job done quick. Very personable and did a great job.

Derek returned my voicemail promptly & came to view the prospective job on a Saturday, which was great for my wife & me so we didn't have to take time off from work. He was businesslike, but also very personable. We liked him right away & hired him on the spot. On job day he arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would & charged what he said he would. He was so professional & proficient that it was actually a pleasure to watch him work. When both new garage doors were running smoothly & Derek was already paid & ready to leave, he still offered to help me w/ some very heavy lifting an another project. Garage door spring broke. I contacted D & J Services based on the reviews on homeadvisor and I am glad I did. Derek showed up on time, knew what was needed, and clearly communicated the job and the cost. He completed the job completely and efficiently, I would recommend D & J Services and would hire them again.

Returned call in 5 minutes, arrived in an hour on a Saturday! Completed work replacing broken spring quickly and efficiently. Door works better than new. Would highly recommend for garage door repairs.

Derek called within minutes of my request to replace my garage door and setup an appointment for the next morning. He was on time and explained what he would do and showed me the options for my door. Once hired, he arrived on time (which is important to me) and did a great job replacing the door and cleaning up after. He made sure I was satisfied with everything before he left.
