A few weeks ago my staircase started falling apart and I contacted so many construction companies to see if anyone could come out for an emergency fix. Derryl and Katie responded so quickly, came out the next day, and rebuilt the entire staircase over the weekend since we were in a bind. The staircase is beautiful, sturdy, and I feel much safer with it in my home. Super communicative and so kind, I highly recommend them to anyone! Even having them do some other work on our home to built out our outdoor space! Big fans!

Darryl was very quick to reply to get an estimate to put deck trex over our concrete porch in August of 2020. He gave a fair price and got the project started quickly so that we could use the porch for our daughter in law's bridal shower. He was responsive to any concerns , worked well with us and finished the job in good time. I would hire him again for other jobs!

Darryl and his crew worked diligently to power wash and replace deck top rails and repaint two patios. The quality paint job was meticulously applied and they responded quickly to any issues I observed. I found them easy to work with, thorough, and would hire them again.

Good follow up

D and K Construction repaired the stairs and added a handrail to my front porch. The top and bottom of the stairs were replaced with new boards. The ground beneath the steps had to be graded and new concrete was poured to give the steps a level base to set on. The owner, Darryl Chaffee, along with his crew worked quickly and efficiently to complete the task. Upon completion, I was very satisfied with the craftsmanship. D and K Construction did great work repairing my stairs at a very fair price. I was satisfied with his work and have recommended him to others I know.

Darryl did a great job. I had him repair a deck landing that had settled and became un-level as well as put in a french drain to improve drainage. He was very responsive and did a great job. He was on time and kept me informed on the project. I would definitely hire him again next time I have a job....recommend to anyone .
