Booked them for "same day service" to clean up yard before Thanksgiving. First scheduling they never showed up. Got them to come a few days later. They did a portion of the work and didn't show up to finish it the day after. Blamed it on rain when it was sunny all day. Left me with huge mess of piles of leaves in my yard, so I had to spend the day before the holiday completing a bunch of their unfinished work. They brought an unprofessional contract. They have been confrontational during subsequent calls to resolve this issue.

DJ was very nice and confident in his employees. Everyone was pleasant and they worked hard to get the job done. We settled on an amount for the total clean-up job instead of an hourly rate. The job consisted of taking large amounts of branches and debris from my yard including large old pieces of wood,leaves, contruction materials, and brush. They also extracted some old garden fencing, metal poles, and chicken wire. They almost completed the job in one day and had to come back to finish up the next morning because the first huge truck was already full and it was getting dark. I felt like it was a fair price and a thorough job was done. I'm happy they came back to finish up in a timely manner as promised.

These guys were prompt, polite, did an excellent job quickly and without leaving any mess. Expensive but worth the fact that they were asked to show up within 2 hours of requesting the service. This alone is the difference between just an OK company and one that provides a really fast response and that does the work well.
