Great job....reliable and proffessional

Paid deposit as requested by the contractor and kept getting excuses why are they not here to do the job, four months later- no show.

They were up front and great in the beginning, but they had to come out three different times since the first two times they had not done the job correctly. I had to take pictures of the job they did and send it to the manager to get them to come back out and fix the issue. They were argumentative and defensive and actually yelled at me over the phone. The guy who did the work did not have the right materials for the work that needed to be done. I even had extra tiles from the initial install, and the guy who did the work made a big deal about having to go back out and get materials to be able to get the job done. He left huge gaps that did not drain properly which could have caused further damage. When I had them come back out, I was clear on what my schedule was and they showed up when I was not home. I feel a lot of the issues I had would have been avoided if I had been present. I also felt they were pretty expensive for the work I had done, and other people I spoke to said I could have had the same work done for less than I paid. I would not recommend this company.

Never kept appointments for repair. No telephone call to explain why. Work is still not done.

This company was quick to do an estimate and get the work done. Only bid I received but the price was right in line for what I was expecting.

They responded quickly to start the paid project but their follow up service for warranty is too slow. I have not got leak resolved after I put a follow-up request since Feb. 25th, 2019 - more than 2 months till now (May 6th, 2019).

I hired this company to repair our tile and flat roof in April-May 2016. They initially performed the work agreed upon in a fairly timely manner and everything appeared to be fine. They offered a 3 year warranty on workmanship. In December 2016 part of the flat roof began to leak. The company looked at it and stated the cause of the leak was caused by palm tree fronds falling on the roof when we hired tree trimmers who had been careless. I agreed to hire the company to do the work outside the warranty. A "temporary" patch was placed on the roof while the permanent fix was scheduled. 4 and 1/2 months later, the work is still not done after numerous rescheduling dates. Bottom line: D&L let me down repeatedly and cannot seem to get the work done. I finally gave up and hired another company to do the work.

This is a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service Steve and Daniel provided to me. The bearing in the roof fan broke and was making noise. My handyman said he could repair it on the weekend. He was unable to remove it and ended up damaging the roof. New rule never go on the roof in August monsoon season. I am very thankful that D & L returned my call promptly, and came by on Sunday to assess the situation and schedule repairs. The roofing company that did my roof left me several bundles of shingle for future repairs. Unfortunately they weren’t the once they used on my roof. Steve and Daniel took extra time and effort to located similar shingles for the repair. Not just repairing the damage but also closely matching the existing. I am very thankful for Steve’s dedication, commitment and going the extra mile, this is very hard to find nowadays. “It’s never crowded along the extra mile.” Thanks, Linda
