"Tony You Know I tried to fix your concerns. You didn't like that I had to reschedule repair. For spots that You made not oil spots. You Specifically told Dura Seal Rep. That You, Yourself reapplied more product. to floor. Creating spots. Not that the application was done wrong. I was very willing to fix the problems. I waited for you for over a month for your Vacation. Things come up. I did try to reschedule with you. Funny How your first Review was 5 stars. All was great. ( We were Like family, in your words) . Even referred me for more work. . Then this. I am sorry your unhappy with your floor. I was willing to do what ever to make you happy. But you refused. Told me never to contact you again. Told DuraSeal the same. Slandering me many months later is not the answer.. I feel I went above and beyond to fix this matter. All that was needed to be done was Reschedule for the next day."
