"I have great reviews and there was just a misunderstanding of scheduling. When we cleaned they checked the work that we did and they were satisfied and scheduled for once a month service. This issue was with the scheduled date we had versus the consumers date she had. We offered to come out the next day according to the consumers date and she refused our services because she was upset that our dates were different which was an honest mistake. If there is a problem we would always be there to rectify our customers no matter what because the consumer is number one."
