This was a difficult project. We had an archway that needed raising. They couldn't give an estimate without cutting open the wall, which would cost $600 to repair if we decided to not move forward with the project. It ended up being $1.5k, and would have been another $800 to put the arch back in. We told them our max budget was $1.5k, so we felt a little cheated. And after a few weeks it's already cracking and wasn't sanded super well. We look back on this project and wish we had a little more time to get the job done. That is one good thing I will say, however - they were busy and made sure that our project got done in the quick timeframe that we have. We were very thankful for that.
