The technician was informative and pleasant. However, almost 2 weeks later,no bees ( good) but was promised a follow up assessment. Still haven't paid them although check was written at time of service.

This company can on time put down glue traps, pallets and snap traps. Afer three day they were to call and schedule a time to come back and check the traps. One week later I have not heard from D & N Exterminating. No follow up. I Would not hire this company again.

"I am so sorry you feel this way. Our office tried to reach out to you after your initial service which was on February 23, 2018 to schedule a return visit.. On Monday, March 5, 2018 at 8:00 am our technician and owner of the company visited your home and checked all the traps and glue boards that were put down. .There was no activity."

They were the most honest and up effective way to get rid of bed bugs which I learnt can cost up to 2400 for my home and that was not an option DNN was willing to work with me and took the job the next day. They have not yet scheduled the follow up visit but I'm sure to give them a call and they will come up when I need it. The rating is based on absence of bedbugs and so far I see none.
