Contractor was flexible enough to provide labor for additional work not specified in original scope of work. Most importantly, they began the job on the day and time promised.

Drywall - Repair
Overall we are very happy with the work that was performed. They were here fixing the mistakes of another drywaller and I think they did a very good job. They were friendly, courteous and the value for the job done was superb. There were some minor scheduling errors but they made up for the delay and were within a day or so of the promised completion timeframe. I would recommend this company.

It took eight days after the pressure washing for them to come back to do the stain and seal. Weather was not prohibitive. They have not yet retouched portions missed but have not requested payment at this time.
