Worked with Scott on 2 separate home buying searches and he has been nothing but honest, thorough, genuine and professional! Scott was on time. He is a very personal person. Shows you different items he finds during his inspection. His Technology is above par, great part is he doesn't charge extra for this.

As a first time home buyer, I worked with Scott who did a very thorough inspection and was able to answer any questions I had as we walked through. He had some great equipment that allowed him to perform at the highest standard. Scott was great to communicate with through the process being able to call and text whenever I needed to set an appointment or if I had questions. The inspection report was very clean as clear as well. I definitely recommend Scott and D and S!
