"The story is a complete fabrication and this was an attempt to have me fix damage that occurred after the we left the property. The customer inspected the installation and said, "It looks GREAT!" Over a day later I receive a message showing the damage that they created. This review should be removed because it is does not accurately describe the event. I offered to send a technician back to fix the damage THEY caused for FREE. The customer (husband or son) took the door apart after the technician left. I have pictures of the project that shows the door was installed properly and looked exceptional. She sent me pictures of the doors that showed the all the hardware being moved and damaged trim. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE DID. I believe that they wanted the bi-folding doors to open in a different direction and they moved the hardware and damaged the trim."
"This review is not accurate. At the client request a new timer was installed EXACTLY as the old-timer was. She was aware that appliance repair was not what we do. She said her son had previously worked on it. I suspect that he or someone had worked on it and installed it wrong, thus we installed it as it was. Offered to correct the issue but the client called an appliance repair specialist. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. So sorry that she was disappointed with our service and we did offer to correct the issue."
"I am sorry that this incident occurred. As with all stories there are 2 sides. Jerry claimed that he was assaulted by this customer. Jerry states that the customer was upset because he had to go get parts and she was upset because he took so long. Jerry claimed that the customer pushed him and he responded accordingly. In my opinion both parties should have stood down instead of continuing to bicker. The incident escalated much further than it should have. Jerry declined to press charges and left the premise. WHAT A SHAME that Carol decided to post this opinionated statement doing nothing but harming the good employees that depend on this company to earn an income. Our reputation is extremely honorable and this incident does not represent the good service that we provide daily."
"This client was difficult, and wanted to negotiate a price for performing a very unique project that was extremely specific. When presented with the cost she delayed and was reluctant to accept the price. She remained uncommitted and therefore we withdrew from the project. this person is part of the "Cancel Culture". Potential customers that have not purchased a companies service should not be able to post false information and subjective reviews. Only verified purchasers should be able to review a vendor. Just as a customer picks and chooses who they work with, small business can as well. A transaction should be mutually beneficial to all pa"
