Ryan, was prompt and reliable in all aspects of my roofing project. He contacted me within a few hours of my posting a request. He showed up exactly on time the next day for an inspection. He emailed an estimated the same day. My insurance adjuster said the estimate was below average in cost. He contacted me quickly to set a day for installation. He and his crew were on time and completed the project in one day. I am VERY pleased with the result. Ryan was friendly and easy to communicate with. He impressed me as a person of integrity.

I contacted six roofing contractors, they offered the best product aat the best price on both roofing and guttering.

I suggest that you get everything in writing with specific details and supplies you want used. I hired Ryan on 1/20/19 to roof my house, garage and shed. Repair leak in kitchen ceiling. Cap the chimney and do some repairs. Two vents on my shed and vinyl siding on my house and paint the awnings, gutters and windows and around doors. I added gutters on the shed and paint the foundation of the house instead of gutters. We also talked about some closet work. Mistakes were made. I chose a certain material for my siding but dutch Lap was installed instead. I had to go to the hospital for 11 days and 3 weeks of after care so I did not notice the mistake until my home was almost completed (the color was right). Within a couple of months my siding started to warp. My awnings were only painted on the top with having two really bad runs in the paint. I insisted they paint the underneath side. He did no prep work on the awnings and painted over peeling paint. He did not fix this. My closet project, cutting out a door of existing closet and building a new closet on the other side of the room. French doors to be installed in both. Double rods in both using plumbing pipe (for strength), a light in the new closet, the worker showed up with two not four flimsy expandable rods and an extension cord that they intended to cut a whole in my new closet. (I said no way;) This is not code and I was very clear about using the plumbing pipe.The rods were corrected. They also purchased the wrong kind of paint. I had the old can to go by. The color was off and the sheen was not correct. They had painted with the wrong paint and it was very obvious it did not match. After contacting Home Advisor, Ryan and crew member Randy came to look at the problems. Ryan installed the light properly in the closet and painted with the correct paint that I had to go get. When they came, we also addressed the warping of my siding. The windows and door areas were not caulked. Siding rep came out a few weeks later and confirmed my siding had to be replaced. I insisted that the siding I chose be installed on Nov. 1st of 2019 they started my new siding and finished on Dec 12th, 2019. I spent $8,175 on the roofing. On siding I spent $12,109. Antenna and installation of gutters on the shed cost me $480.00 Extra charge on foundation painting was $150. The closet work was $2,340.00 In total I spent $23,254.00 with this company. I expected the finishes I chose installed properly and to be treated professionally to also receive the warranties on the roofing and siding. This has been a very long stressful year.

I wanted the flooring, railing caps, spindles and treads replaced on a deck quickly because renters were about to move in. Dane gave me an estimate within a couple of days and got the job done soon thereafter. The deck looks great...I'll call them again in the future!

Ryan and his crew came in and fixed a poor job done by a previous contractor. He was excellent, professional, courteous and did work over and above what we asked. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling again.

Re grout was done very nicely. I had to pitch in on removing old grout from the last sloppy job to get it to my level of cleaned. Final results were good and they returned 2 weeks later to seal the grout lines.

Dane Contracting did a terrific job fixing a buckle in my siding where rain was coming in. Ryan also looked at my ceiling to make sure it wasn't damaged from the rain. They also replaced some shingles on my roof and all of this was done in one afternoon. Great work, fair price, good folks. :)

We had an upstairs toilet that overflowed causing the downstairs living room ceiling to leak. We had very bad water damage to the ceiling. Our experience with Dane Contracting was awesome! They came by quick for an estimate and we made an appointment to start the work shortly after. They were done repairing the ceiling in just 2 two days. You could definitely tell they knew what they were doing. They patched a hole in the ceiling where the really bad damage was and then sanded down the rest of it and then re-stomped the damaged areas with texture to match the rest of the ceiling. With one coat of paint you can't even tell anything every happened! These guys were great, very friendly and knowlegedabe and even came in under their original estimate! You know you are dealing with a quality contractor when they reassess they're needs and yours and then put a little money back in your pocket! I will not hesitate to call these guys again for my next home repair. A++++. Thanks guys!
