    I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel Franklin for a roof replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Daniel's expertise, prompt responses to my inquiries within 30 minutes to an hour, and the quality of his work were exceptional. He and his team delivered on time and assisted me with the insurance process to make sure I got fair market value for everything, making the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Daniel for any roofing project.

    I had an amazing experience with Daniel. I actually got his name from a referral from my neighbor he did and we clicked instantly. He walked me through every step of the process and I had a great experience with him. He broke down my estimate and helped me out as much as he could doing everything the legal way which was nice. Walked me through both options of this process and I chose the insurance route so I could get insurance to pay fair market value for everything. He got me more money than I couldâ ve ever got, literally increased my claim over $12k which was amazing so they could make some upgrades and a quality product paid out by the insurance. I really do appreciate the work and time he put in. I much recommend him and of course the company he works for.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
