7/22/26-Jayden performed annual servicing of my AC, adding freon and suggested some other options to improve air quality. He was informative and polite, providing great service. 7/22/26- Hugo drained my hot water heater to remove particles & advised me to perform it annually. Great job again. Great service by Hugo who advised me on next steps with getting an electrician out to resolve my problem. 8/14-25 Carlos replaced the electrical switch for my disposal and advised me on replacing my 9 yr old smoke detectors next year. Good job! 12/9-25- Zach has presented me with options for replacing my toilet. I have selected one and have reached out to schedule the replacement. 12/12-Zach was able to replace my toilet as indicated during the 12/9 visit. Everything looks fine and I'm pleased with his work. 1/14/26- Everything is still working great with my new toilet thanks to Zach's great work.

Very responsive. Very pleasant and thorough. We had a leak on previous work they did and they came right out to fix it and everything was covered under warranty. So easy to deal with. Very professional and polite.

Tech listened well, and took the time to obtain some additional parts needed for the installation off a special-purpose dropped off the main water lines, Explained all the work afterwards and demonstrated successful operation. The installers were professional, clean, and did the neatest work Iâ  ve ever seen! They cleaned up after themselves, and left everything epic and span. It was an excellent job for an excellent price!

Great ! Gilbert was very professional and did a great job. He made sure everything was working properly before he left,and gave me a full run down on all the knobs and levers.

The experience started off a little rough when the original tech assigned to our job (fixing a leak coming from under a toilet and into the crawlspace) missed our scheduled window (although he did call letting us know he was running behind and apologized) and we decided to reschedule for the next day since it was close to 8pm. However, that is when things changed for the better. Shontel Jackson came out late the next morning, went into the crawlspace, quickly identified the issue (blown out wax ring), removed the toilet, replaced the ring with a heftier version, replaced the toilet, and caulked around it. He was very knowledgeable, very cheerful, took the time to explain what he was doing, and the reason it may have occurred. The company even provide a decent discount on the service as an apology for not meeting their original time frame. We consider Shontel our go-to tech now!

Bottom Line: This is the first time we have used this company, and they did excellent work for a reasonable price. Communication: Easily scheduled the estimate through Angie's List messenger service. For those of us with hectic schedules where text, messaging, or email works better than a phone call, this is a must-have service. Only 2 of the 6 companies from whom I requested estimates respected that despite being my stated communication preference. After the estimate phase, timely communication continued via email to schedule the actual work, and the technician called me 30 minutes before arriving. Although the work was not time sensitive, company was very responsive from start to finish. Quality of Work: Of the six companies I contacted, this was 1 of 2 offering a free on-site estimate. The on-site estimate turned out to be crucial as there were specifics about the existing main pump and the piping that were not immediately apparent with the companies preferring to do virtual estimates using photos I sent. In addition, this company did not attempt to upsell me, which had become an increasing problem with my standard plumbing company. The technician installed an owner purchased, battery-backup, WIFI-enabled sump pump including a W-fitting, associated piping, and check valves. Overall, it was excellent work, and he walked me through it at completion. Pricing: Although the price for this specific work was the highest of the 3 highly ranked Angie’s List companies providing estimates, the technician's obvious expertise, upfront and clear appraisal with no upselling, timely communications, and excellent work took the hassle out of this project and made it all worth it.

Reddick & Sons replaced my interior and exterior HVAC units after the old system stopped providing heat in December. They identified three different replacement HVAC system options across a range of prices and capabilities. Once my decision was made, their office arranged for a technician to take measurements. He efficiently reviewed the situation prior to the day of the installation. On the day that the work was done, the installation team provided advance notice of their arrival. They laid down plastic sheeting to cover carpets, wore PPE, and accessed the work area through the patio and basement to minimize direct contact during COVID. The work was completed on-time and within budget. The team gave me the HVAC product brochures and registration information, and I was able to register successfully for an extended parts warranty with the manufacturer. In the future I'd be very happy to have Reddick & Sons provide regular check-ups of the HVAC system.

Annual contract with Reddick and Sons is reasonably priced. Technicians arrived on time for both air conditioning and boiler maintenance services. Employees are courteous and answer all questions in lay terms. Office staff notify schedule changes promptly. and no pressure for sales.

Great experience with Reddick & Sons. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and the price was the lowest i found compared to many other companies. Did not seem like he was trying to take advantage and gave me some good advice on other issues. Definitely would hire again!

Carlo and his assistant were outstanding. Very professional, courteous, polite, well mannered. Carlo explained everything very clearly before we committed to proceeding with the work. I only called for a quote, and he did not try to pressure me to get the work done right there and then. I asked him to do it immediately after he told me what needs to happen. Once I did, he clarified several times to ensure I understood what the quote covers and what it does not cover. He completed the work of installing a light fixture very quickly and ensured every step of the way that I was satisfied with the height, the location, and the function of it. He even explained how this light that I chose would fail in future and what needs to be done if that happens. He didn't try to upsell any services or products and actually gave me advice on saving money when he could have just as well spent some time and charge me unnecessarily (I had an issue of flashing light bulbs in a yard lamp). Because of his integrity and honesty I will be calling this company every time I have a need for any work in future!!!

Mitch came to my home to complete the work on two occasions. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was done correctly, and the clean up was meticulous. He also provided information and advice on future projects I was considering.

While they showed up on time, there are others that cost less. Had exact same problem with our other bathroom less than one week later, the cost was half as much for the same process. Reddick also had to come back twice within the first week for drainage leaks continuing. Zero problems with bathroom 2 other plumbers. Both for Northern Virginia service.

I had my water heater replaced after 12 years, get all the copper pipes cleaned up, replaced the rusting pressure reducer and put in a mixing valve with Reddick & Sons. 5 stars and happy with the results. I had received quotes from a handful of companies. I will say Reddick & Sons wasn't the cheapest but it's not a bad thing if you want your project done right the first time. The cheapest companies' free consultation left me wondering if it'll be done properly. At the end, it came down to two choices with whom I was comfortable proceeding with. R&S was more expensive but had many great reviews. The other was cheaper but not a lot of reviews. I picked R&S eventually because they were willing to work with me on the price. It wasn't an exact match but I was happy with the price after looking at a few similar quotes. I was a little surprised they didn't recommend a mixing valve. I think they are trying not to oversell a lot of items but from the stuff I'd been reading, you'd want a mixing valve so I asked for one. Without a mixing valve, your tank temp will be at 110'C and bacteria can still grow at the temp. If you have a mixing valve, you can set the tank temp to 140'C to kill off all bacteria and use the valve to tone it down to 110'C so it's safe for you. I'm no expert but that makes sense to me so I had a mixing valve installed. The project took about 3-4 hours total. It didn't feel right the guy was carrying the huge tank with a cart by himself so I helped him at the stairs. The work was done very professionally. He wore slip on covers for his shoes inside the house and cleaned up all the mess afterward. The plumbing work is very clean and is a lot prettier than before. Everything is up to code as well (they installed drain pan and overflow tank). I highly recommend them. Don't cheap out on the important stuff but also have a few quotes ready so you aren't overpaying by a lot. Good luck with your project!

AMAZING service! Hired plumber to move a shower drain and toilet. The plumber arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable on all plumbing matters. He went far beyond in making sure the job was completed on time and up to expectations. Couldn't be happier with the price and job. A real pleasure to do busy with this company!
