New home old carpets, so we hired the service to put new flooring, They did a very clean job, very respectful workers, always on time, finished on the day they said they would. All good, I highly recommend them.

READ BEFORE HIRING! My wife and I saved up for many years to put a beautiful wood floor into our house and hired Daniel and Footprints Floors. I am not here to tell you why you should not hire him but just the issues we had and the money we were out. 1)The people installing broke the toilet and water went running out of the house through the sheetrock and into the new floors. James stated his guys would not have any reason but his crew was the only people there who broke it, he confused later his guys did. 2)This crew, took off the baseboards and then drug them with the nails on the brand new wood floors, to leave marks in them, only to try and then sand and stain new floors for their mistake to fix the issue. 3) James team Did not pick up the trash completely. We had to hire another crew to come and take away the trash and properly clean the place. 4)He and team that was supposed to put back the baseboards did such a poor job we had to get new ones as the others were broken and were out of pocket $5,000 for his crew mistakes 5) We had to pay for a plumber and someone to fix the sheet rock to the water damage they created. 6) We had to hire another wood company to fix the issues his team did and paid an additional $1,000 for wood that needed to be replaced and fixing issues. They did not even put it all the way to the wall where it was supposed to go. 7)Their team did not properly cut the wood, usually, you have a maximum waste of 7% to 10% but his team created around 20% waste which then there was not enough floor. 8)The job that we were advised was to take 1 week, maximum of 2, took 5 weeks, we were happy when he left the house. Overall, it costs us around an additional $6,000 to fix his mistakes and he stated he would only pay a measly $1,000. We found out after that even with this, he still made money on our job around $2,000 to $3,000 and we are out an additional $5,000 for all of his mistakes. I wanted you to know the story.

Excellent experience. Work was completed quickly and the refinished floors are gorgeous! We found Daniel and his team to be skilled and reliable. Highly recommend.
