This was my first experience with One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur and West Denton, and I couldn’t be happier! Our AC decided to quit during the extreme Texas summer heat, and they were able to get us back up and running quickly. From start to finish, the customer service was fantastic. They were on time, professional, clean, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. And the price was very reasonable, which was an added bonus! When your AC goes out in this Texas heat, you want someone you can count on—and One Hour Heating & Air definitely delivered. My builder put in a thermostat we weren't really in favor of, so we called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Decatur and W Denton out of Justin and they installed a new thermostat that can be monitored from afar, by them. We feel better knowing they can check our system 24hrs\day whether we're home or not. Being away from home as much as we are, it's comforting knowing we're still looked over.

Scheduling was quick, and the office staff was friendly. The technician arrived right on time and was professional from start to finish. They explained exactly what was wrong, walked me through my options, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They cleaned the coil, sealed and recharged the refrigerant, and had my A/C blowing ice cold again within the hour ? then cleaned up completely before leaving. It's rare to find a company this honest and good at what they do. I'll definitely be calling One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur & West Denton again, and I recommend them without hesitation!
