We Clean Carpet, Inc.

We had a situation with blood on the carpet. Cleaner says it was 100% clean when he left. But the blood had turned from red to green. I googled, and found that hydrogen peroxide would take out the blood. I put a drop on the drop of blood, it bubbled, and disappeared. When I talked to the manager he tried to mansplain to me that the blood had wicked up from the carpet backing. Took no responsibility for the blood still being there. Told him I would be contacting the better business bureau to report them. He said "well, aren't you happy with the carpet now?" Yes, after I got rid of the stains! Oh, they are not on the BBB just an "F" rating.

I paid additional for deep cleaning and their products turned my Tan carpet RED. The cleaner left before I could review the work and they won't return my calls. $174 for 2 rooms/hall deep cleaning. $400+ for carpet replacement due to their products!!!

ABSOLUTELY A FRAUD!!! They try to swindle you in believing they can get your carpet cleaned with their great products and up charges for less then 30 minutes of actual carpet cleaning!! 5 hours after we had our dining room cleaned. Still smells like urine and all those stains!!! For $226!!! Tried to contact a manager for unsatisfied service and they just send out the same tec to re do the work!! Everything is a lie. No you can not get your money back like the website states for unsatisfied job!!! Be careful!!! They pre-tray to be the best!!! Which is not true! I have recordings and video! I suggest you find somewhere else to go. Dont be another victim. They charge ridiculous prices for *** work!!

They were a total scam. They left a residue on my carpet. When I tried to call them, they didn't answer for two days. When I did reach them and explained the problem, instead of working with me to fix the problem, I was mocked and berated for my complaint. They lied about everything when I tried to talk to them. Very rude. Not a good company.

We've used this provider several times and our carpet always looks great.

Friendly service, prompt reply to inquiry on HomeAdvisor. The quote on the phone was different from actual cost once technician arrived; some due to a discrepancy on their part and some on what the proper service would be on the material of the sofa cleaned

The employee arrived 5 minutes early which is very good. He explained what he was going to do and asked if there was anything I had questions about or should know about the carpet. He got started working and shortlly after stopped and advised me that my carpet was getting old and maybe the cleaning would not come out as I was expecting. Well, that did not happen because the carpet looked great when he was done. It was a hot day and I don't have the a/c in the window yet, so he was very warm. Worked thru the heat and made the rooms look new again. Fresh and clean. Thank you to "We do carpets". I would use them again. KM

Very prompt. They called before they arrived. They miss quoted the estimate - the final bill was more than they said it would be but that may have been my fault, I'm not sure. They missed a stair but when I called, the immediately came out and corrected the problem. I was impressed.

The customer service call I received for a quote was great. Friendly, detailed, etc. However the employee that preformed the job did not appear or act prefessionally. He arrived in a dirty beat-up van and ragged uniform. During the pre-inspection he suggested Scotch Guard, but I never said I wanted it. (I charged an extra $80 for something I didn't want). The worst part was the quality. I always see a noticable difference when I get my carpets cleaned, not this time. I would have been better off buying a Bissel and doing the job myself.

what I was quoted over the phone and what I actually got were a litte different the price was the same but did not get all of the services that I was told I would get

We Clean Carpet did an excellent job on our sectional sofa. They explained in detail the process of cleaning, the various extra services we could purchase, and how to care for future spills as well as home remedies we can do ourselves. The gentleman who came out did an amazing job and even stayed a little longer to make sure the back cushions were done all the way through. We would recommend them to any of our friends.

Truck 3 came to my house earlier thank expected, he was very professional, moved the furniture and treated my valuables with respect. Gave good tips on how to keep my carpet looking good after my cleaning. He was fast and paid close attention to detail. Thank you I will defiantly be using you all again to clean my carpet...

Did a good job cleaning carpets for a rental property. Only complaint is that it took > 24 hrs for the carpet to dry and was a slight mix-up with cost

My kids had spilled on and stained our couch and loveseat. They looked awful! We Clean Carpets did a great job and my furniture looks new again! Most places were charging double what I paid for We Clean Carpets!
