Daniels Custom Showers, Glass, Windows & More

Mike installed frameless shower doors at my home. Two in total. Although the work was done in a timely manner my overall experience was poor. Upon completion of the project Mike quoted me on replacing windows on my home. Upon accepting the project quote I made a 50% payment of $4,350 at the end of April 2019. The timeline for windows ordering and installation was 3 weeks. Nearly 3 weeks passed and I reached out to check the status. At that time Mike explained the order was delayed and backed up on work. Long story short. Mike delayed this project nearly 9 weeks at which he confirmed no order was completed with the window manufacturing company and he agreed to a full refund. Unfortunately, that was never done. I texted him multiple times for a refund and he assured me it would happen. I was forced to notify my Credit Card company and reject the card and provided nearly 2 months of text messages and confirmation he was refunding the deposit. I highly suggest you view his yelp reviews to provide additional insight on past experiences from customers. Also License address, Yelp Address, invoice address and address provided Home Advisor do not match. Mostly linked to storage or a UPS store.

The first installation trip he forgot the shelves in the shower. He returned to install and they did not fit properly. He had to pull them out and switch the panels getting silicon all over the glass. At conclusion, one shelf was 1/4 inch short and the other stuck out from the wall 1/4-. One shelf was forced in and after a week, it cracked. The glass was supposed to be safety glass but the crack shows otherwise. The original installation was less than one week from order but the shelf replacement has taken over a month with too many excuses and finally, no reply at all. I even suggested sending me the shelves and I will install them but no response. I have given them ample time to correct this and would have given them a favorable review but they dropped the ball. I have given they alternative solutions to refund the money for the shelves or just send them to me and I will install but again, no response. I have stayed home several days when he said he would come and no show or call.

Very quick. Cost was lower than one but on par with other. Wish they would have cleaned glass after install, but did clean up ok.

They were really good and on time; finished the project ahead of schedule however I felt the pricing was a hair too high however I've never had this type of work done before and was told their pricing was average.

Showed up at appointed time. Materials were excellent and customer service was excellent. I would recommend their work.
