I hired Daniel to stop my roof leaks. Daniel assured me he stopped all my leaks and his work would last all winter. It rained 2 days later, and I still have leaks. I called, left a message, asking him to finish, I also emailed asking him to finish. I have not heard from Daniel.

"Mrs Nicole was advised that her roof was very old and the area around skylight has been repaired many times. The fix she requested was to caulk around skylight. Mrs Nicole was told this fix would not last and I could make no guarantee that the skylight would not leak. I took pictures of skylight and of boots over the vent pipes that penetrate roof. The rubber seal around boots was very deteriorated. I caulked around boots and skylights as requested. I did respond to Mrs Nicoles first call after rain. Her response was she needed more caulking and she would be pay me for my time and materials. I told Mrs Nicole that more caulking was a waste of her money. The shingles around the skylight were in very bad condition and that A proper flashing and shingle replacement around skylight was the only fix. Mrs Nicole did call and email me twice after this conversation. She wants to put a band aid on this problem that will not stop the leak. I will not take her hard earned money on something that I know will not work. I explained this to her in our last conversation. Even a bad review will not make me do something I know is a waste of money to my customer. I know you are suppose to do what customer ask but in cases like this I won't."

Daniel is very honest and he listens. He completely re-plumbed my home and did electrical for outside features (hot tub and fountain). Beautiful work and Daniel is actually doing the work on the jobs. Just recently he helped me with a 12' x12' concrete pad to put up a gazebo. He has put up a fence for me and now he is scheduled to build me a barn. Daniel is a Jack of all Trades and one of a kind. He listens well to my ideas offering up suggestions - but he will not move forward on any project without my approval. I would recommend Daniel 100%. He puts what is the best for the customer first and foremost.
