They did a good job I think, but charged way too much, $600.00 per hour. They also charged a 4% processing fee for using a credit card to pay. The credit card transaction is not anything near that, so it is just shady practices to get more money out of you. Others have mentioned that they charge it for checks too, which as free to cash. I suggest using a more cost-effective plumber for small jobs.

responded quickly and professionally to my emergency. They provided great advice regarding the issue and then helped me to access a mitigation company to deal with the water damage from the prior failed water heater

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain - For Business
Danika Plumbing came out quickly which was nice. However, Dustin did not have the proper equipment (wheel snake) with him to clear my plumbing blockage in the clean out. Instead, he charged us $300 to try and auger through the toilet but he did not really think it would be successful to clear the blockage and it was not. Took about 15 minutes augering the toilet and my toilets still backed up and they gave up on it and just took my $300. Dustin told me he can go and grab the snake and come back and it would be an additional $450 to snake it on top of the $300 for the auger he just tried (even though that was unsuccessful). A more honest way would have been to charge $450 in the first place for the snake but since he did not have it with him, he could try the auger for $300 but credit the $300 towards the snake price as the auger was not very likely to fix the issue and was more of a convenience thing because he did not have the snake with him. Dustin preferred to charge $1500 to use a hydrojet machine which is really not necessary as we have used an electric wheel snake in the clean out and fixed it ourselves. They did come out quickly which was nice but customer service and value for the money was not there. Thanks, Scott

It took 7 visit with two emergency visits due to gas leaks inside my house. I woke up with gas filling my kitchen. They could not get the new lines to pass inspection and that is why it took so many visits along with two emergency visits.
