I have an upstairs rental property that had a cracked toilet, which leaked water to the downstairs unit and damaged the unit's ceiling. When this happened, I didn't know who to hire and how much the repairs would cost, but I am so fortunate that I called him! He went to see the unit the same day that I called him and gave me a reasonable price. Within two days, he finished the job! I highly recommend Dan to anyone who is unsure of who to hire. Dan did some work at my rental property and at my home. He did a retaining wall, tile install, and repaired a deck for the rental property. He did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up.
