Danny Odom & Son Roofing

I was not a fan. I paid them to repair the roof and they did not repair it. After I paid them, there was no record of the job being completed. I called them because it was not repaired properly and no one ever called me back.

Mike Trowbridge did a half job to our leaking roof. We are a military family and called this company in hopes of helping us repair the issue and absolutely nothing was resolved. Our roof is still leaking and we still have damage to our wall. Mike repeatedly told our family that they would get around to fixing what they never fixed and absolutely nothing has been done. We now have to fork out extra money to fix what they should have. Run and don't waste your time or money.

They were Awsome! They did a great job and they followed up after job was completed to checkout how things were going.

We had a roof leak around our chimney. Mike evaluated the problem and fixed it the same week. He called back after the next rain to see if it leaked and it did not. We would certainly use them again.

Mike was very punctual with his initial coordination, cause of the repair and estimate of time and costs, as well as seeing the complete job of multiple leakages corrected. He even followed up after we received rain to check that the problems had been corrected. The job did take 2 visits but he and his crew were quick and thorough.

I had a leak in my roof. A competitor company came out to repair it and my roof still leaked. I tried calling the competitor company back and they never responded. Since we are expecting Hurricane Florence, I didn't want to take a chance with extended damage. So, I called Danny Odom and Son's Roofing Co. I spoke to Mike the same evening and he came out the next day as promised. He explained the problem to us, showed us pictures and fixed our roof right away plus guaranteed his work. They Provided a fair quote and I came with a good reputation So I hired them. They came out in the short time I had for the project and kept their schedule as promised. It was a hot and very humid day, but those men worked until it was done and so far I have to give them what they've earned. I never give on first time projects my highest is 4.5 but I have no doubt they will earn their 5 from me in the future, and anyone else who hires this outfit. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I called thinking I had a roof leak. Mike came out and inspected the roof. After inspecting he let us know there was nothing wrong with the roof. Turns out we had a moisture problem in the bathroom. Recommended someone to get an estimate for repair. I would definitely call again and recommend.

Mike came out and gave me a quote, we agreed to the work and the price. They came out did half the work, kept saying they were coming back and they never did. After two weeks I've given up and have found someone else to finish the work. They sent me a bill, been trying to get in touch with them to fix it and again they won't respond to emails. Save yourself the hassle and go with another contractor.

The employees were prompt and very courteous. The work was completed on time and to a high standard of quality. No issues at all and I was very pleased with the results.
