"[Consumer Name Removed] as you know and admitted you received two estimates, one with the original material cost and one a week later with the updated fabric cost that your wife [Consumer Name Removed] approved. She emailed saying she was ready to move forward. She brought the cushions to us and the work was completed. Only then did you question the bill and tried to dictate to us what it should cost and what you were going to pay. After numerous threats from you and just wanting to move forward we gave you these cushions FOR FREE! I even have an email where you said what a nice job we did and you would pay the bill .. Im not sure what else we can do to make you happy. I have office video and emails to support these facts. Your story has changed at least three times since the work has been completed. Please enjoy your cushions and think of us every time you use them. I hope whatever underlying issue you have gets worked out. Theres no possible way 3 cushions have caused all this negativity.
