Dan's 3 D Construction and Remodeling

Exceptional communication. Dan always let us know exactly what he was doing and what was planned for each day. We could always get a quick response to any question. Showed up on time and worked through till end of day or project phase. No wandering betrween jobs. Carpentry skills a plus. We asked him to do a few extra things and he gladly accomodated us at very reasonable prices. End result was very nice. I love the color he helped my wife select.

Dan is personable, kind and wants to do a good job. He moves right along and does not wast time. The price was very reasonable for the work performed.

Dan is great to work with. His prices are reasonable and he has a deep understanding of how to get stuff fixed and can offer creative solutions to otherwise perplexing repair/renovation issues. As I was re-locating, he was very accommodating and worked with me remotely. If my house in North Carolina needs work in the coming years, I may well consider flying Dan down to do it as its nice to find a contractor that I can trust. Had difficult ceiling repair to do in very visible area. Final results were great --ceiling looks like new. Did the work when planned and came back next day for final coat/touch-up. Delighted to have the 3D team work on this and other repair projects

Dan answered my request very quickly, scheduled the job straight away, and completed the work to our agreed upon schedule. Overall I'm very pleased and would use Dan again in the future.

We hired Dan's 3D's to repair a step, repair & stain our large deck, and alsostain the kids outdoor play structures. All work was done very well. Weather hampered us a bit, but Dan responded well to our requests for extra attention and made sure to keep us satisfied through all phases of the job. I'd surely be glad to call again. They were great!

I hired Dan's 3 D Construction and Remodeling to replace the subfloor in my townhouse. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. They commented on how many corners were cut with the original installation of the subfloor and made sure the new subfloor was installed correctly. If you want something done right, these are the guys to do it. Very honest, hard working, knowledgable individuals. Anytime I need a handyman, these are the guys I'm going to call first.

Started out great. Dan was very quick to get back to me, but he was unprepared to do a simple job. He didn't have tarps or drop cloths to cover my kitchen item. Dust and paint stained my sink and counters. My deck had ground in paint from mixing and smoking breaks. The cieling paint that he provided didn't match and was applied with missed spots. He didn't retexture the cieling . My husband had to clean up and redo the job.

Courteous, prompt and knows what he is doing. Dan contacted me over the phone and he came over to give me an estimate. Thoughout the process he was very professional and would explain the best solution and why he thought it would work. On the day he was supposed to start, he called me in advance to let me know he was coming over. He finished the job perfectly and on budget as he told me during estimation. I will be hiring him for my future needs.
